All items are made and packed with care according to the exact details you choose at checkout. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or issue refunds, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Before placing your order, double-check your:
  • Size
  • Color choice
  • Quantity
  • Shipping address
Once your order is placed, it is assumed that all information is correct.

Order Accuracy

Every item is carefully made and inspected before it leaves our hands. We follow the exact options you selected at checkout, so please make sure everything is correct before you pay.
If you believe there is an issue with your order that was our mistake (wrong item, wrong size/color from what’s on your confirmation email), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and packing slip
We’ll review it and let you know the next steps.

Cancellations

Because orders are started quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed.
If you need to cancel, email us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will do our best to help if your order has not begun processing.

Shipping

  • Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days (not including weekends or holidays).
  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Once your package is dropped off with the carrier, we are not responsible for:
  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t see your package, please:
  1. Check with neighbors/household members
  2. Check different areas around your home
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly

Custom Orders

If custom orders are available, they will be clearly listed on the site.
Custom pieces follow the same policy: all sales are final.
